Terms of collaboration
The terms that apply when you apply to and work with Caducs as an independent specialist.
The relationship
You work with Caducs as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates employment. You choose which orders and jobs to accept.
Applications and vetting
The information you submit must be accurate and your samples must be your own work. Caducs may accept or decline any application without giving reasons.
Orders and fees
Each order states its scope, due date and your fee before work starts. Fees are agreed in advance and are not changed without your consent. Reasonable revisions within the original scope are part of the order.
Payouts
Completed orders are settled between the 1st and the 5th of the following month, minus any advances already paid, through the payout method set in your portal.
Clients and communication
All communication and dealings with clients go through Caducs. You agree not to contact Caducs clients directly or accept work from them outside the platform while you are a member and for 12 months afterwards.
Confidentiality
Client identities, files, data and the content of orders are confidential. You may not share, publish or reuse them, including in your portfolio, without written permission — except with the delivery team you involve under the next section.
Working with your team
Whether you work alone or as an office, you may involve assistants or your own team in delivering orders, at your own responsibility and without registering them on the platform. You remain fully responsible to Caducs for quality, deadlines and confidentiality, and you must bind them to the same confidentiality. Client data is never shared beyond that.
Keeping project files
Project files are kept on the platform for one year after an order is completed so later client revisions can be handled. You may keep a copy during that period under the same confidentiality. Files are deleted earlier only at the client's written request.
Ownership of work
Once an order is paid, the delivered work belongs to the client unless agreed otherwise in writing. You confirm that deliveries are original and do not infringe the rights of others.
Quality and conduct
Late or incomplete deliveries, plagiarism or breaches of confidentiality may lead to reduced fees, removal from an order or closure of your membership.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice in the portal. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
