How Caducs collects, uses and protects the information of applicants, freelancers and visitors.
Who we are
Caducs is a company registered in Egypt that delivers client projects through a network of independent specialists. This policy covers caducs.io and the Caducs freelancer portal.
What we collect
When you apply: your name, email, phone number, country, field, experience summary, portfolio links, CV and expected rate.
When you use the portal: orders, deliveries, messages with your department lead, bids, availability and payout details.
When you browse: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site. A referral cookie remembers which work link brought you here for up to 30 days.
How we use it
To review your application and match you with suitable work.
To manage orders, settlements and payouts.
To keep the platform secure, including automatic masking of contact details in messages.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorised Caducs staff with a need to know. Your contact details are hidden from team members who do not need them. Clients never receive your personal contact details.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 24 months. Member data is kept for as long as you work with us and as required for accounting obligations afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application at any time, by writing to us. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers, files from applicants are kept private, and access is logged. No system is perfect, so we also limit what we collect to what we need.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
