How freelancers work with Caducs

A clear, repeatable process, from your first application to a payout you can plan around.

  1. Apply

    The application asks for your contact details, your department and specialism, samples of your work and your expected rate. Department-specific links from our team pre-select the right department for you.

    • About five minutes to complete
    • CV upload in PDF or Word
    • Your answers go straight to the right department lead

  2. Vetting and a paid trial

    A lead from your department reviews your samples. If they fit, you receive a short trial order with a written brief and a fee agreed up front.

    • Review within 3 to 7 working days
    • Trial orders are always paid
    • Feedback after every trial

  3. Get matched or bid

    Once approved, your profile joins the directory. Leads assign orders that match your specialism and availability, and open jobs in your department appear in your portal for you to bid on.

    • Set yourself as available, busy or away
    • Bid with your own price and delivery time
    • Your portfolio is visible to your department lead

  4. Deliver through the portal

    Each order has a brief, due date and fee. You update progress, upload deliveries and receive revision requests in the portal, with everything logged.

    • One thread per order with your lead
    • Revisions tracked against the original brief
    • Notifications by email, Telegram or push

  5. Get paid monthly

    Completed orders are settled for the previous month between days 1 and 5. Each statement lists every order, its fee and any advance already paid.

    • Bank transfer, mobile wallets and other methods
    • Itemised statements in your portal
    • Advances deducted transparently

The ground rules

  • One point of contact

    All communication about an order goes through your department lead and the portal, never directly with the client.

  • Confidential by default

    Client names, files and data stay inside the order. Contact details are masked automatically in messages.

  • Quality over volume

    On-time, well-reviewed deliveries earn more orders and a place on the honour board.
