Why we started

Talented researchers, developers, designers and writers across the region were losing half their time to things that are not their craft: finding clients, negotiating, chasing payments and dealing with vague requests.

Clients, meanwhile, struggled to find people they could trust with deadlines and confidential material.

Caducs sits between the two. We take on the client relationship, write clear briefs, follow up on quality and pay on a fixed monthly schedule. Freelancers get steady work; clients get a team that delivers.
