Do I have to pay anything to join?
No. Joining Caducs is free, and we never charge freelancers fees for orders or bids.
How and when do I get paid?
Completed orders from each month are settled between the 1st and the 5th of the following month, through the payout method you set in the portal: bank transfer, mobile wallet or another supported option.
Who sets the price of an order?
Your fee is agreed before you start. For assigned orders we propose a fee based on your rates; for open jobs you set the price in your bid.
Will I deal with clients directly?
No. Your department lead is your single point of contact. We handle the client so you can focus on the work.
How long does vetting take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3 to 7 working days. If your profile fits, we invite you to a short paid trial order.
Can I work part time or alongside another job?
Yes. You set your availability in the portal (available, busy or away) and we only send orders when you are free.
What happens to my work and the client's data?
Client data is confidential and must not be shared or reused. Delivered work belongs to the client once paid, unless agreed otherwise.
